Forest School
At our school, every child has the exciting opportunity to partake in Forest School weekly. We’re lucky to have a large field area that we're constantly improving to enhance our Forest School provision. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) children recently obtained the Step Outside Award, reinforcing their connection with nature. Forest School is fantastic for developing key skills like perseverance, resilience, teamwork and communication. Children engage actively, moving around and honing their orienteering skills. We also arrange external visits, like the "Dengineers,” competition, to further enrich their experiences. Overall, it’s all about fostering a love of nature in a fun and supportive environment!
